Hi, thank you for the offer. I wear small if the material has stretch. Can you tell me if this has a little stretch or would it look better just to go up a size?

It does have stretch to it. It is form fitting though. This is a brand from UK where I bought it and their clothes are great quality.
If you are a US size 4-6 this will work well.
