Karen Millen cap sleeve fringed white tunic or dress

It's 36 inches from top to hem, so if you are short, I think you could pull this off as a dress-otherwise a really fun tunic. Long fringe cascading down the front. Stretchy material; 94% viscose, 6% elastin. Pretty detail on top(see 2nd pic). It's a size 4, but is stretchy, so would probably fit a size 6, too.
