Body(100% viscose) has some stretch, ruffles over chest are 100% silk. Beautiful shades of red and green. Pic 2 shows closeup. V-neck, with ties that can be left hanging, knotted or made into a bow. Armpit--->armpit ~ 17 inches. New with tags/never worn.
