Karen Millenn jacquard bell sleeve dress uk 8 altered to fit like 4/6

Please note I had this tailored but it has not been worn. The front was ridiculously low on me (I'm 5'5") - it showed my stomach, not just cleavage! - and I wanted to wear it to a work function, so fabric was taken out along the top of the shoulders. I am a size 4 and it now fits well but I just don't have anywhere to wear it! Categorized as a size 4 due to the alterations. please take a good look at measurements.
