Karen Scott Polka Short Block Heel 7.5 Narrow

Super cute short and chunky black and white polka dot heels! Wow! Lots of adjectives! I love these! These are just so short and round and chubby and polka dot-y! I don’t know if they are vintage or not. They are at least 14 years old, but I don’t know if they are much older than that or not! Brand is Karen Scott.
