smilesr4today @leahb50 Hi - No, they are not roll tabs. They are a 3/4 sleeve that have a rolled cuff only. No tab or inner button to roll and attach under.

smilesr4today @leahb50 Is it between the inside sleeve and the side of the shirt on the right side of the photo, that you're seeing? If so, that's the Karen Scott Manufacturer tag that you'll find in the last 2 photos as well They attached it towards the armpit of the blouse.

leahb50 Hi…no. As you look at the mannequin, there is something hanging at the bottom left side (it’s really “her” right thigh)…is it just a fabric fold?

smilesr4today @leahb50 Oh, ok...I see what you are talking about. Yes, that's just a fabric fold. If you look at pic #5 you will see where I have the bottom of the shirt pulled out to the side to give more of a view of the bottom hem of the shirt.
