pattielynch Skye thanks for sharing all my items but this is from catacious who I bought it from showing her it's not 20 3/4 inches as stated but she won't send my coach purse back to me because she says you measure stuff from the top not the bottom so I'm just leaving this and the other one in my closet up so maybe someone explains to me why you would measure from the top for the width of something... Happy postmark

steets She should have given you two measurements: one for the bottom & one for the opening (since they are different). Then, she would give the height of the bag and finally, the depth of the bag (if there is a depth to it). THAT'S HOW YOU MEASURE A BAG!!!! You can let her know that!!!! And, she's welcome. 😉
