Fabulous Mid Century Modern Brooch / Pendant by Karl Joseph Otteren for David-Andersen. Brooches are back in style! This piece looks like a modern flower with darkened petals or maybe a modern spiderweb or fireworks. This piece is about 2 1/4 inches wide and can be worn as either a brooch or pendant. The pin in back has a slight bend in it but could easily be straightened by a Jeweler. This piece is hallmarked D-A, 925S, and a set of scales. Underneath is the hallmark for KOtteren and next to that is another that I can't read or identify. Other than the bend in the pin, this piece is in very good pre-owned condition.
