@missjody77 I have not worn it. I bought off of Poshmark last year and I’m unsure if it was worn before I purchased it. It is in new and nice condition and looks unworn!

@missjody77 I’m not sure what you’re referring to? I shipped the dress in an empty brown Amazon package on Friday 3/15. The only item in the package was the dress. It is safe to have in your home.

@ekc0414 I unfortunately did not receive a dress. I received a box with a heavy metal object that has tape on it that says radioactive material. Inside was plastic and wrapped in the plastic was a small plastic bag is a triangle shaped object that appears to have something yellow growing on it?

I have messaged you privately and reached out to Poshmark to dispute this. What you’re doing is fraudulent. I shipped your package on 3/15. You removed the label from my package and placed it on another one that shows a date of 3/13. I have the receipts and have sent it to both you and Poshmark for proof. It is sad that you’re doing this, especially for $30.

@ekc0414 I have done no such thing. The package arrived just as it looks in the pic with USPS packing tape over the label. I have no reason to do this. I’ve been a Poshmark member for years, I have an excellent record and I’ve never committed fraud.

Well it turns out it’s uranium, we’re having the fire dept take it. It shipped from someone in TN and was supposed to go to someone 20 minutes from me.

I’m trying to respond to the conversation in the dispute but it says I’ve reached the max number of comments allowed so it won’t let me attach a picture of the receipt that was in the package or the shipping label.

Thank you for responding to the chat about my issue. I have emailed Poshmark support with alll the pics and more that they requested. I also went to the post office today to return the package and talked to a manager. If you look in one of the pics it has a radioactive sticker just under the label. The manager said multiple problems occurred.

First, the packaged should have been sent ground, not air. Second, your package should have never been near that package. Third, she believes that the label fell off of your package and they put it on the one I received. The manager said she will work on the issue, possibly open a case and contact Poshmark to let them know of the shipping error. Hopefully it all works out.
