Fabulous dress for the Fall/Winter that can be dressed up or down. There are 3 ribs across the dress. Shoulders. High waist and hips. Gently worn but has some pilling. This can be addressed with the pilling gun and will be good as new. IT'S A STEAL! This will take a few minutes and i don't have the time. So I discounted this dress to allow for this.
