Kasper Black and Ivory Cap Sleeve Dress - NWT. Measures 17.5" across bust line from armpit to armpit, 16.25 across waistline and 39" in length from shoulder to lower hem (taken without stretching although this is very stretchy). This dress has lots of class and flow! Black cap sleeves and side waist panels...rest is patterned circles. Lining in top portion. Made of 96% polyester and 4% elastane...machine washable.
