This a Kasper maxi dress of tropical colors with a lined bodice. As seen in the photos, the empire waist is fitted with a pleated cummerbund appearance with a high cross-over v-neck front and an attractive narrow back cut to flatter back and shoulders. It is approximately 17.5” pit to pit lying flat but with 5% elastane it easily stretches. From the shoulder to the ground, it measures 55”.
