Kate Hill 2X "sweater" sweatshirt

I love Kate Hill. This brand is very smart looking. This item is designed to look and fit more like a sweater, but it is made of a lovely fabric so that it feels more like a top / sweatshirt. This is a versatile piece which can be worn with anything from tailored slacks, skirt to more casual look with jeans 2X I'm not sure if this was ever worn.
