These pants are in very good condition and they come from a smoke-free home. The fabric is 72% rayon and 28% nylon. The fabric is a lightweight knit. Not quite a sweater. They are size medium, the inseam measures 29 1/2 inches, the riseis 12 1/2 inches, the leg opening is 8 1/2 inches and when you lay them out flat waistband measures 15 inches and stretches 25 inches across.
