Kate & Lily Sheer Top White Floral Print Dress Size M

This pretty floral print dress features ¾ elastic cuff sleeves, a ruffle neckline + smocked waist. Originally a size 10, but I had the waist tailored by my grandma to more of a size 8 (has good stretch/give). I have PLENTY of floral of dresses + ended up not reaching for this piece.
