Kate Moss Topshop Iconic Black Blue Sequin Fringed Flapper Style Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @sarahsmiles80. Loved it, but never wore it. I bought it to attend a costume party and ended up going with a different costume idea, instead. This is a British size 14, so it fits more like a US 8-10. Some of the sequins are loose and will fall off if you Charleston. Which really means you'll just have that much more sparkle. Beautiful garment, I just have no place to wear it.
