Hi, what are the measurements. And does the top constantly open?

@kcaputo34 hi, it doesn’t constantly stay open. Just when the purse is weighed down( like if you had a wallet, phone, and keys, etc in it all at once. I’m sure the pins could be tightened I just haven’t had the time to try
Measurements: L 9” H 8” and when fully opened the purse is about 7” wide
