Hello is this new or preowned? May I see bottom and get length measurements? Anything wrong with it?

@sherireyes hello. It’s pre owned and no major issues a few faint white spots (which I have no clue what they are) pictured. Measurements with crossbody strap 29 inches but can be adjusted to shorten or lengthen
