Kate Spade Black Tote Wool or Felt

Beautiful black fabric Kate Spade bag. No materials tag, but feels like wool or felt. In very good used condition. The bottoms has feet. There is one part of the bottom (see where I'm pointing) that isn't perfectly straight. It feels like the bottom portion got bent a little bit in that section. There is one spot on the inside, but otherwise, the lining is clean. Measures 9 inches at the top, 10 inches at the bottom, and a height of 7.5" not counting the handle.
