caliyork228 @hellofiggy hello! So sorry it took me a bit to get back to you. When I lie the garment down flat and going across the chest the measurements are 17 “, so 34” circumference. And when lying the garment down flat going across the waist it’s 13”, so 26” total in circumference. I think it is a true size 4. But that’s me. Thanks for your inquiry!
