Kate Spade Black polyvinyl polka dot tote bag VTG

GUC Kate Spade black polyvinyl tote bag. Great for travel or beach easy to clean off. The four bottom corners show tiny scuff marks and one corner with a white mark. Also on the interior zipper pocket the lining has 2 pen marks. Otherwise all stitching intact. Has a lot of use left on it. Please see pics and price firm as it reflects it’s used condition.
