EUC. Very clean. Only minor flaw is the bottom left corner. There is a bit of a dent due to uneven weight distribution when I carried laptop and small wear spot on leather (see photo). I have been able to mostly correct with low heat, massage and stuffing the bottom to restructure. Beautiful and classic bag.
