Great 100% cotton Broome Street off the shoulder ruffle design black and white dress. Can be worn high on the shoulders or pulled down off shoulders. Size XL would say 14/16 equivalent with stretch and generous fit. Will include shopping bag. Never worn decided not to wear to bridal shower. Great for summer!
