sbolandh425 @poshbowboutique hi! It’s a tie back so the bust can change to fit really any size! The “waist” is 13” across lying flat, but for this dress, it zips right up to below the tie, so right at the bust (I think it would be called empire waist my many), vs zipping to actual waist. It’s an a line cut, so flares out from below bust
