jane_t_style @femmetreschic hello, the item did not feel like leather it was not the feel of leather like it was at the Kate spade store or my other kate spade wallets. It felt like a leather plastic type of material. Your packaging was nice and you shipped in a timely manner so that was not the issue I had with the order the issue was the actual item.

Because it is new, Saffiano Leather tends to be a little tough at the beginning. You can even take it to a Kate spade store to double check authenticity. I understand your concern, there are some really nasty scammer on selling apps these days, but I don't sell any knock off items! Ever! Thank you for responding to me.

jane_t_style @femmetreschic yes of course I will respond. I believe it is common courtesy. The issue was I expected to be a little tough because that's how all my kate spade wallets are but it feels really flimsy and squishy if that makes sense. I am scared to over stuff the wallet because i feel it will damage it
