Okay so here are the measurements I took. The top part of the dress is a soft almost stretchy material so comfy !
From shoulder to shoulder where the material meets is 15 inches
Length from shoulder to the end of the dress is 34 inches
Arm length is 20 inches
The top with the stripes length to to beginning of the skirt is 13 inches
The waist area around where the skirt and stripes meet is 35 inches

This dress isn’t restricting and does have a little give room
The length of the skirt part is close to 20 inches

I’m 5-5 and 150 and the dress is big on me if that helps

@juneberrys okay no worries when I bought the dress I was originally 180 lbs so it did fit my bust at the time and the material does give room but I totally understand ! Happy poshing
