Kate Spade Essential North South Medium Tote - Mint

This is a beautiful bag! I received it as a gift a couple years ago and it has been in storage since. New with tags - this bag is sleek and elegant. There is a slight rough patch on one corner (seen in photos), though I have never used this bag so I am assuming it is a normal flux in the leather due to shape. There is also some bubbling on front flap - may be able to be cleaned off - I don’t want to touch it as I don’t have the correct materials to clean leather. Let me know if you have any questions!
