Kate Spade Fit and Flare Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @carolineclt. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Belt is included and this dress has hidden pockets. Great for the office (which I no longer work in, hence selling). Measurements while laying flat are approximate - I don't know how to sew so these are best guesses on how Google says to measure: - Bust: ~15" - Waist: ~13" - Hip: ~16" (the skirt flares out) - Length: ~34" (shoulder to bottom) There is some stretch as the material is soft. For reference I'm a 34A and 5'1"
