meganbauerle Yes, I am the original owner. I purchased it at an authorized Kate Spade outlet store. It is in perfect condition with no flaws or stains. I store all of my Kate Spade bags packed to keep their shape and each tucked away in their own plastic container so they don't get squished. Also, this is a smoke free home. I hope that helps! It's the same for all of my bags and wallets. I always would prefer to disclose any defects and be honest up front. I usually show the wear and tear in the pics.
