Kate Spade Gathered Bow Neckwarmer

Very cute Kate Spate neck warmer. The inside tag has come undone on one side. The piece is brand new and has never been worn. I had intended to wear it and then saw it has a wool blend which I am allergic to. This is too cute to not be worn.
