Kate Spade Havana cityscape fit and flare dress

EUC Kate Spade classic Havana dress. Fit and flare style. Sleeveless with gathered scoop neckline. Pleated accents. Pockets on both sides. Snaps on shoulder to hold bra strap in place. I purchased this dress online and it was listed as a size 6. Did not realize the size tag had been removed until I started to take pictures so be sure to check the measurements in photos.
