Kate Spade Jillian Linen Dress - Size Small / 4(?)

Kate Spade linen dress "Jillian" - size Small / 4 or 6? The tag has been torn out of the dress, but I believe it is a size Small and would fit a 4 or 6, based on the measurements and comparing them to the website's size chart. Zebra print with bow in front and front pockets too! Good used condition. I've pictured where one side is missing the clasp to hold a bra strap in place and also where one string is pulling (this can be cut or hidden behind the bow). Fully lined.
