Textured fabric Slightly off white color Full lined High neck halter Sleeveless Pockets in skirt Fit and flare silhouette Lace detailing on bodice, at waist & at bottom hem Seersucker / Honeycomb pique / waffle textured fabric 100% cotton NWT but tag doesn’t match dress style. Came like this from the store.
