Kate Spade Large Staci Saffiano Bag- NWT

Brand new, black leather with gold hardware, comes with shoulder strap. tags included but there is a little rip on the paper where the hole is, but it still attaches (see pic) Never used, got it as a gift and forgot about it until my last closet cleaning.
