Kate Spade Luella Frames Glasses in Pink and tortoise shell

These have never been worn, comes with the case and pink soft cloth cleaner. Has the slightest imbalance (like 1-2 centimeters) when set down on a flat counter. I know there are ways to fix the screws to easily correct, but I am not an expert so would rather not try anything on my end.
