Kate Spade Poppy Cutwork Fit & Flare Velvet and Lace Mixed Materials Sleeveless Dress in Black & Pink, US size 00 (measurements below, seems like it would also fit a 0 as well--it actually fit me fine as a size 2 except it was a bit small in the bust), NWT (new with tag), but with a flaw worth noting--I've tried to include some close-ups of the skirt because there's wear to the embroidery around the edges of the cutwork. This is closet wear that can happen due to friction, so it's not always that significant because there can be some of that just from a normal dress you buy directly from the store (people try things on, it's definitely on a rack getting jostled, etc), and while it's only really noticeable up close, there was enough of it for me to feel like labeling it NWT without being clear that this wear is present wouldn't be accurate. So hopefully you won't find it overly noticeable, but I know I definitely care about some flaws and not at all about others, so you make the call! Excellent condition besides the wear to the cutwork, so no other flaws to note.
