Exterior is gray/beige nylon with black leather straps and gold hardware, including gold metal Kate Spade New York lettering. Interior is lined with same fabric as exterior. Interior has 1 large zip pocket. In excellent condition as it was used only one time! Please note that NO original hangtags are included.
