nursecoley @leslie4212018 hi! It's about 50 inches at the longest and about 46 inches at the shortest, it's adjustable. That measurement is of the entire strap, so 50 inches would be 25 inches on each side (25 inches from where it sits on your shoulder to the top of the bag)
