Kate Spade New York black and red dress

Beautiful black and red mini-ish dress from Kate Spade. I used to wear this to work regularly and it works well for business professional dress codes. I'm 5'4" and this hits me a few inches above the knee. In great condition! No noticeable flaws save for some discoloration of the tag.
