It is a cotton twill fabric, trimmed in a tumbled cowhide leather with a "Kate Spade New York" license plate front. It is fully lined in a camel and gold Larabee twill, has an open top, two slip in pockets, a zippered wall pocket and dual adjustable straps. It measures 14 1/2" long x 15 1/2" tall x 2" deep with a 8" maximum adjustable strap drop. Spotless inside and out.
