Kate Spade Polka Dot Silk Bouse

EUC 100% silk polka dot black and ivory blouse. Pleated front and back allows for beautiful drape. Keyhole back closure with eye hook. I love this blouse but it is too big on me. I typically wear a Kate Spade 2 and this is one size too big on me. Approximate measurements 23” Shoulder to hem 19” pit to pit
