Kate Spade Satchel

Black and cream Kate Spade Satchel. The black handles have a sort of white "film" on them for a lack of a better word. I assume it will come off with a leather cleaner, but I'm unsure. Inside is super clean and comes with a long strap. Price reflects the "film" on the black handles.
