White and black classic houndstooth pattern pencil skirt. Reinforced waistband (does not stretch) and lining all the way to bottom hem. Lining is sewn to the skirt except at the very bottom hem, where there is a thread loop on each side, and then the lining spearates a little for more flexibility. Fabric tag missing, but incredibly soft and lightweight (possibly some wool, but definitely a blend, maybe with cotton). NWOT.
