Kate Spade Skirt -Stripes & floral eyelet overlay. Beautiful pattern and has a gold zipper and patent navy belt. (The hook above the zipper inside came out at dry cleaners) Has two side hidden pockets and pleating throughout. Also has a nice full lining underneath. Size 4. Worn gently a few times and has been dry cleaned each time.
