Kate Spade Tote Black Polka Dot Shiny Double Handle AS IS

This bag is in great shape but please note the handles are flawed! The edges have peeled off, otherwise the handles are sturdy. Please see photos. The interior is perfectly clean. There is one white mark on one side near the bottom.
