Kate Spade, Tote/Handbag, White and Black

This is a White and black Kate Spade tote/handbag. It has never been used, and it is incredible condition. However there are a couple of things about this tote/handbag it does not have an original price tag, so I am willing to wheel and deal on this lovely handbag. It does not have any information about the handbag/tote. That is the reason I am not sure if it is considered a tote or a handbag. Lastly, it did not come with a strap to make this a cross-over handbag/tote.
