Take delight in the kate spade new york vail dress, dipped in a hue that looks sweet on all skin tones. This dress is in good pre-owned condition-I wore it twice but there are a couple of stains-one small black mark shown in the pictures (likely removed at dry cleaners), some light staining on the armpits (also removable), and a tiny snag in the silk on the sleeve.
