Great preloved condition for early, first handbag style made by Kate Spade New York. Style is “Sam” or “Small Sam”. @11”Width x 7 1/2 “ Height x @5” front to back. Tapers up from base. Handle drop @10 1/4.” Tote style but looks exactly like ladies handbags from the 50’s. Has protective fabric flap with snap over top opening to give protection from thieves. 1 inside zip pocket. Really 2 in 1 with some of tote features plus handbag styling of 50’s & protective flap & snap, can be shoulder bag (handles are long enough) Fabric covered purse bones, has loosened a bit over time.
