Kate Spade Woods Drive Bodie Satchel Yellow Tan Almond New ?

Leather newish (but shelf worn) Kate Spade bag, older style. It was a gift, I’ve never used it. Comes with original paperwork, shoulder strap. No stains or marks inside or out. The major issue is that it has lost some of its shape from storage (as pictured). There is minimal wear on the feet and possibly on the bottom of the bag as well as some threads on one of the handle. Please look at photos carefully as this bag is very nice but does show some wear from age and storage.
