This is the perfect black tie event dress! I purchased it a while back for an event I didn't end up going to. Never worn except to try on! Zips up the side, black mini rhinestone detail along the straps and top of the bust. Subtle bow detail. A full, structed skirt, midi length! Should fall just below the knees or so, depending on your height.
